Volunteers

Are you interested in becoming a Portland GiveBack Volunteer?  At each Portland GiveBack party we need volunteers for the following:

1.  Greeter:  Great each guest at the door and ask them to sign in, create a name tag for them.

 

2.  Artist’s Assistant:  Assist the artist by organizing transactions of art, scheduling future commission work, accepting payments and packaging sold art. 

 

3. Caterer’s Assistant:  Stock buffet table, drink coolers & utensils.  Perform regular rounds of the party space disposing of abandoned plates/cups and emptying garbage.

 

We will sign for volunteer hours if applicable.
